3. Account Bans & Suspensions

WhatsApp (Meta) has strict policies regarding automated messaging, spam, and business conduct. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Meta reserves the absolute right to ban, suspend, or restrict any WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) or phone number that violates their Commerce Policy or Business Messaging Policy.
• ChatlixAI / Rablik Private Limited is NOT responsible for any loss of business, data, or communication resulting from your phone number being banned by Meta.
• We do not provide refunds of subscription fees if Meta terminates your account due to your violation of their messaging rules.

4. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Shopify, Google Sheets, Zapier). We do not control these services and are not liable for any issues, data loss, or downtime caused by these third-party providers.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime for ChatlixAI. However:

• The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical failures beyond our control (including Meta’s API outages).
• We shall not be liable for any interruption in service or loss of data that occurs during these periods.
