By accessing or using the website chatlixai.in and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is owned and operated by Rablik Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your user account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) in violation of WhatsApp’s policies.
• Transmitting content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the integrity of our platform.
• Selling or reselling the Service without our express written permission.

4. WhatsApp & Meta Policies

ChatlixAI provides access to the WhatsApp Business API via Meta. By using our Service, you explicitly agree to:

• Comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
• Acknowledge that Meta (Facebook) has the absolute right to ban or restrict your WhatsApp number if you violate their policies. Rablik Private Limited is not responsible for any such bans.
• Pay any conversation charges mandated by Meta directly through your prepaid wallet in our system.

5. Payment & Billing

5.1 Subscription Fees

The Service is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

5.2 Meta Conversation Charges

In addition to the subscription fee, you are responsible for paying WhatsApp Conversation charges. These are pass-through costs paid to Meta. You must maintain a sufficient balance in your wallet to send messages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or by Meta (Facebook).
• You fail to pay applicable fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rablik Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, India.
